Protecting Your Rights

To protect creators and collaborators, BCre8ive offers a unique tagging system for each artefact uploaded to the site to identify

• what it is,
• who uploaded it,
• where it was uploaded from and
• the date it was uploaded

When you upload an artefact we ask you to sign terms and conditions to confirm that you have created the artefact or that you have the permission of the creator to upload and use the artefact on the site.

If an artefact is used in a MashUp, Workshop or Lab Project the site also records any changes that are made to that artefact and who made them during project development on the site so that there is a record of both individual and team IP
